3. Remove Trespassers

As an authorized property owner or representative of the owners, you can order people removed from the property. Security guards can assist in this although, again, they are only allowed to use the minimum necessary force.

4. Carry Weapons

However, be aware this will be significantly more expensive than unarmed guards, as armed guards must pass stringent tests and certifications to gain that power.
