Yes, each member of the PGP team is trained in-house, and meets all of the training requirements of the Texas Private Security Bureau (Texas Dept. of Public Safety). They all must pass a drug test at the time of hiring, as well as randomized, periodic drug tests, and each employee is background-checked as well. Armed officers must also pass a 40-hour, state-mandated firearm training course. Additionally, any patrol officer who drives a PGP vehicle must have a clean motor vehicle driving record. Any non-US Citizen employee must provide proof of legal US residency and proof of US Employment Authorization.
Yes, we are licensed by the Texas Private Security Bureau, License B-19349, and we carry Liability, Worker’s Compensation, and Automobile Insurance at all times that covers all areas of our service. Certificates of Insurance are always available upon request.
We are open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. We provide security service at a moment’s notice, even on weekends and holidays.
