Request for Client Input: Officer of the Month

At Professional Guard & Patrol, we are always seeking to improve the quality of our service.  In addition to ongoing client feedback, we would like to request your assistance in our new Officer of the Month program.  We will soon begin featuring one employee each month, and recognize their distinguished service and professionalism with a prominent spotlight article on our website, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc., along with a monetary bonus, as a token of our appreciation for their service to our clients and to PGP.

In addition to celebrating heroic officers who perform bravely under pressure, we’d also like to reward the officer who proves him or herself over time by going above and beyond, anticipating issues and correcting them before they happen, showing loyalty, courteousness, and a deep appreciation for the client’s needs, and conducting themselves accordingly.

It is our hope that, by rewarding our loyal, hard-working, and consistently professional Guards, it will offer an incentive to all other officers to strive that much more to do a great job for you, the client, as well as PGP.  And I think that anybody associated with the Security Guard industry will agree that, if anybody could use a little more recognition for a job well done, it’s an officer that does a good, honest, professional job, day in and day out, sometimes far from the public eye – but critically necessary, nonetheless!
